In a Lake Bell–directed spot, Meg Stalter plays IHG’s wildly unfiltered “Vacation Coach,” storming a hyper-real office in a hotel robe to call out burnout culture, ditch the guilt, and stop the endless OOO overthinking. Timed for mid-fall - when everyone’s craving a reset but waiting for the holidays - the campaign positions IHG as the permission slip to book the trip already.
